BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. steamed broccoli
4 chicken breasts, diced & fried in olive oil, drained
2 cans cream of broccoli soup
6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. bread crumbs mixed with 1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Disperse steamed broccoli in the bottom of an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish. Add diced chicken breasts. Pour on both cans of soup. Add sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle on bread crumbs with butter. Finally, add the layer of grated cheddar cheese. Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Eat until content.
