1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 qt. milk
12 oz. cream cheese
3 pkgs. instant French or chocolate vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip

Freeze cookies, then crush in blender or food processor until it looks like "dirt". In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese, add pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Beat until smooth, about 3 minutes. Put a layer of crushed cookies in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, add a layer of pudding mixture.

Continue to layer ending with a layer of cookies on top. Chill 3-4 hours or overnight. To serve, push end of several gummy worms into mixture in pan. Can be served in flower pot (use plastic). Layer cookies and pudding mixture in flower pot. Add a few stems of silk flower blossoms. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
