VEGETABLE PIZZA 
1 box Jiffy pie crust
1 jar pizza sauce
1 c. sliced onion, sliced green pepper, sliced mushrooms
1 sm. tomato, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. Alpine Lace shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning, oregano

Make pizza crust mix as directed. Layer: pizza sauce on crust. Top with onion, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and then Mozzarella cheese. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle tomato slices with oregano. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until crust is crisp.
