Melt 1 1/2 packages chocolate chips in double boiler, stir until dissolved. Add 4 cups Wheaties, mix thoroughly until everything is coated. Melt 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips and 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips in double boiler. Add 1 (8 ounce) package chow mein noodles. Stir until noodles are well coated. Finish up the same as above.
