EASTER EGG NESTS (Easter
Cookies)
 
Melt in a double boiler:

1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch bits

Add and melt:

2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter

Remove from heat and add:

1 can Chinese noodles, dry
3/4 c.peanuts

Mix until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper and refrigerate. Put a little jelly bean or M&M for the eggs.
