MARINATED CHICKEN 
3/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Pinch rosemary, crushed
Pinch oregano
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1 chicken, cut up

Mix all the ingredients. Add the chicken pieces and marinate overnight turning often. As you barbecue, baste the meat occasionally with the liquid. Yields 6 servings. You can also marinate pork chops.
