HAWAIIAN BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can pineapple pie filling
1 c. coconut

Cut butter into mixture of flour, sugar and salt until fine particles are formed. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture and press remainder into bottom of 13"x9" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread pineapple filling over partly baked crust. Combine coconut with reserved crumbs and sprinkle over pineapple. Bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars.
