1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts (walnuts)

Mix with spoon, bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, take out of oven and then frost them.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
