HAWAIIAN CHEESE BARS 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter

Mix as pie crust; pat in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. milk
1 (16 or 18 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat until smooth; fold in pineapple and vanilla.

3RD LAYER:

Toss 2 cups coconut and 2 tablespoons melted butter so the coconut soaks up butter. Place mixture over 2nd Layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. Cool. Cut. Refrigerate.
