HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
Eggs
Self-rising flour
Salt
Pepper

Make thick batter. Steam chicken breasts at 300 degrees. Then remove bones and cut into pieces about 2 inch square. Put in colander and run under real hot water to get grease off. Dip chicken pieces in batter and fry in deep grease until golden brown.

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

Chopped layer white onion, fry lightly, continue cooking
1 green pepper, chop, add
1 can chunk pineapple (save juice)
1 jar LaChoy sweet & sour sauce

Pour sweet and sour sauce with pineapple juice (add water if necessary). Add cook about 10 minutes more.
