1 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns 1 med. onion, diced 1 can cream of celery soup 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream 8 oz. Cooper sharp cheese, shredded 1/2 stick butter 1 c. corn flakes, crushed Mix all the above ingredients together except butter and corn flakes and place in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick butter and mix with corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
