BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1. Boil 1 pound spaghetti until tender.

2. Drain and put back in kettle. Add cold water 2 or 3 times until cool.

3. Add 1 large diced onion that has been sauteed in about 1/4 cup oil.

4. Add 2 small cans tomato paste, 2 teaspoons sugar, pinch salt, jar tomatoes (I use my own), mix well. Put 1/4 in baking dish. Add your favorite meatballs (small) on top and add the rest of the spaghetti. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (covered until last 15 minutes). You can sprinkle with cheese at this time.
