Grease 9 x 13 pan. Flatten 1 large package crescent rolls in bottom of pan, building up sides.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour on top of crust and cover with 1 large package of crescent rolls. Beat egg white until frothy. Spread on top and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 20j to 22 minutes.
