CHEESE DILL GARLIC BREAD 
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. garlic salt or 1 tsp. grated garlic
3 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast

Dissolve butter, sugar, salt and dill in hot water. Add garlic and yeast. Add cheese; mix well. Add 1 cup flour; beat well. Add remaining flour. Let rise 1 hour in warm place. Place on floured board and knead.

Let rise 10 minutes, covered. Shape into loaves and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
