NUTTY YAM BAKE 
3 lg. sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash. Add sugar, butter and seasonings; mix well. Beat in milk and egg. Whip well with mixer. Spoon into 3 quart greased casserole dish. Top with topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Mix in nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle on potato mixture. Dot with butter.
