SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk TOPPING: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. coconut 1/3 c. melted butter Mash sweet potatoes in bowl. Mix potatoes and next 3 ingredients. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not grease pan. In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients. Spread over sweet potatoes. Top with 1 cup pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
