SWEET POTATO PECAN BAKE 
2 lg. cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix potatoes with sugar, egg, milk, salt, and vanilla. Put into 9 x 11 inch buttered casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecan chips

Mix topping ingredients and put over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. (Topping will harden when cooled.)
