5-6 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar (optional)
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Add all ingredients to washed sweet potatoes and put in a casserole.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
