SWEDISH SUMMER SALAD 
Mix 4 to 5 chopped tomatoes, 1 peeled and chopped cucumber, 1 finely chopped onion, ample quantities of finely chopped dill, 1 small can of Blue Lake style green beans, drained. Pour over this mixture a mild dressing consisting of 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons oil and a little salt and pepper. Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs.
