FISH LOAF 
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked fish, flaked
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. peas, drained
1 c. condensed celery soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion

Mix lemon juice and fish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in a greased baking dish at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown. Serves 6.
