EAT-YOUR-FISH SALMON LOAF | |
1 lb. canned salmon 1 egg 1/4 c. milk 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. minced parsley 2 tbsp. chopped celery, onion, or green pepper Drain and flake salmon, removing bones. Combine all ingredients. Place in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing. Serve with tomato, cheese, or Hollandaise sauce. |
