FISH LOAF 
14 oz. trout or any flaked fish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. crumbled crackers
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. parsley patch all-purpose
1 tsp. Diet Center Nice and Spicy seasonings

Flake fish with fork. Mix with egg yolks, crackers, onion, pepper, celery and seasonings. In small bowl beat egg whites until stiff; fold into fish mixture. Pour mixture into Pam sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields: 5 servings.
