EASY FRUIT COBBLER 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1 (29 oz.) can peaches (or other fruits), undrained

Melt butter in 9-inch square pan. Mix sugar, flour and egg. Pour fruit in pan. Spread egg mixture over top of fruit. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Serve hot with cream or whipped cream. Serves 4-6.
