SOLE SUPREME 
4 slices sole
1 lemon
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 lb. or can shrimp
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 can milk

Sprinkle sole with juice of lemon. Divide shrimp and cheese into 4 parts and place on fish. Roll up fish and secure with toothpick. Place in pan. Cover with diluted soup. Sprinkle with onion. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
