Spray a small glass container about the size of an English muffin with a vegetable spray (Pam). Place one egg in container and pierce the yolk with a toothpick and cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Toast and butter the muffin. Place cooked egg on muffin and top with cheese. Put muffin in microwave and cook until cheese is melted (about 30 to 40 seconds).
