ROAST CORN ON THE COB 
4 tender roasting ears of corn
4 tsp. salt
6 c. water, room temperature

Remove husks. Mix salt and water. Soak husks in salt water 30 minutes. Remove husks from water, put ears of corn back into husks, tie with string. Put into bottom of charcoal broiler. Fill broiler with charcoal briquets, light the broiler and cook your favorite meat. When it is done, remove corn, remove husks and butter to taste.
