POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 c. water
1 tbsp. almond extract
1/4 c. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a bundt pan. Mix all ingredients except poppy seeds. Blend well, then add poppy seeds. Pour in bundt pan and bake 40 minutes. When cool, remove from pan and glaze. Make glaze from powdered sugar, almond extract and water as needed.
