1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 c. Doritos brand taco flavored tortilla chips
1/2 c. ripe olives

Cook beef in skillet for 5 minutes until crumbly and light in color. Add onion, salt and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Place 3 cups Doritos in a 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over the chips. Pour meat sauce over the above and top with remaining cheese. Garnish with remaining cup of Doritos.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with olives. 4 to 6 servings.
