FRESH CORN SAUTE 
1/2 c. butter
4 c. corn
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1 tsp. seasoned salt
Dash pepper
1 tsp. sugar
Chopped parsley

Melt butter in large skillet; add rest of ingredients except parsley. Mix well. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Sprinkle with parsley.
