FRESH CORN SAUTE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
4 c. fresh kernel corn, cut from the cob
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. grated cheese or crumbled, cooked bacon

Melt butter in medium skillet with cover. Saute onion and green pepper until tender. Add corn, water, seasonings, honey and pimento. Cover and cook over low heat stirring several times until corn is crisp tender. Serve with cheese or bacon.
