STUFFED SHELLS 
1 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained
1 lg. onion
1 clove garlic
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
18 lg. stuffing shells, cooked
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 qts. spaghetti sauce (Ragu) (reg. flavor)

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Let cool. Add Mozzarella, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Cover bottom of pan with sauce (9x13 pan). Stuff cooked shells and place in single layer in pan. Cover with sauce. Cover sauce with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
