SPINACH SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. sesame seed oil or peanut oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onions
1 1/2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (2 minutes at 350 degrees)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine in a bowl. Let stand 1 hour. Can be used on any variety of green leafy vegetables. Bean sprouts, sliced water chestnuts and chopped green onions may be added.
