ESKIMO COOKIES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
Powdered sugar

Mix soft butter, sugar. Add water, vanilla and cocoa. Mix in oats. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Keep refrigerated. For better flavor, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
