CHRISTMAS SALAD 
2 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. pineapple juice (with water)
1 c. cultured sour cream
1 #2 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. red maraschino cherries
1/8 c. green maraschino cherries
1 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and juice. Chill until it starts to gel. Beat in sour cream and rest of ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart mold and chill until firm.
