1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 lg. pkg. lemon or lime Jello Whip the whipping cream and set aside. Do not use any sugar. Put Jello and bits of cream cheese in large bowl. Drain as much juice as possible off pineapple and bring juice to a boil. Pour juice over Jello and cream cheese, it is not necessary to dissolve all the cheese. Add remaining ingredients, folding the whipping cream in last. Chill and serve. |
