CHICKEN - BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 filet chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, cooked
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs (10 crackers)

Top breasts with butter. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until done. Dice breasts and leave in dish.

Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour, add water, cook over low heat until thick. Add eggs and cheese, mixing gently. Pour over broccoli, top with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
