CHICKEN BREAST SURPRISE 
4 chicken breast, deboned
2/3 stick butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

Melt butter; add mushrooms and beast. Cook until yellow, approximately 10 minutes. Add 2/3 cup hot water, cover tightly and simmer until breasts are tender. Remove breast to heated platter. Stir in 4 or 5 ounces sour cream. Heat to boiling, pour over breast and serve.
