8 slices white bread
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Butter
Syrup

Using cookie cutter, cut each bread slice into 1 shape (girls, boys, dinosaurs or seasonal shapes). Set aside. Beat eggs until foamy in shallow bowl. Add milk, sugar and cinnamon to eggs. Mix well. Heat griddle or skillet to 375 degrees. Dip bread shapes into egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Place on griddle and cook 1 to 2 minutes, until lightly browned. Turn over and cook other side for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately with butter and syrup. Makes 8 servings.
