1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. minced onions
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. sage

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Pack into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Spread 3 tablespoons catsup over top before serving. Good hot or cold.
