OVEN FRIED SCALLOPS 
1 1/2 lbs. bay or sea scallops
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. chopped chives
4 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Arrange scallops in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl, pour over scallops. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Baste often. Arrange scallops on toast or rice. Pour sauce over. Serve with lemon wedges. Serves 2.
