RICE AND CARROT RING 
6 c. shredded carrots

4 tbsp. grated onion
4 c. cooked rice
4 c. Kraft American cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste

Turn into buttered ring.

Bake 40-50 minutes in moderate oven, 325-350 degrees.

Unmold and serve hot with buttered peas in center.

Makes 2 large rings.
