PERFECT BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
Salt

Beat eggs, butter and buttermilk until blended. Stir dry ingredients together. Add to liquid and mix just enough to make a creamy batter with some small lumps. If too thick, add a little more milk or water.
