ARTICHOKE DIP 
3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped onion
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and set aside. Chop artichoke hearts to a pulp. Add all other ingredients. Stir well and season to taste. Chill and serve with corn chips.
