Salad:

1 bag of spinach (make sure spinach is dry)
1 can bean sprouts
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Mix all ingredients. Set-aside.

Dressing:

1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, grated

Mix dressing well and pour over spinach salad right before serving.
