BUTTERSCOTCH DROP COOKIES | |
8 oz. butter 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. sour cream 1 lb. brown sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1 c. walnuts, chopped Cream butter and sugar for five minutes at medium speed. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Combine dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Mix at low speed until blended. Add nuts and mix well. Chill dough until firm and then drop on greased baking sheets. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400°F. |
