ULTIMATE BUTTERSCOTCH CHIP COOKIES | |
3/4 c. Crisco 1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 3/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Cream Crisco, white and brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl. Blend in egg. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture gradually. Add oatmeal. Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts. Drop rounded tablespoonsful of dough on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies. |
