PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 white or yellow cake mix 1 pistachio instant pudding mix 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1//2 c. chopped pecans 1 c. club soda Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Allow to cool, and prepare frosting below. FROSTING: 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 pistachio instant pudding mix |
