8-10 med. size potatoes
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. onion, diced or green onions
Salt, pepper, onion salt, pinch of garlic salt and chives

Boil potatoes in jackets with salt until done; drain. Refrigerate until firm, peal, grate on large size of grater. Layer into buttered casserole - potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, dot with butter. Pour whipping cream over layer again. Marinate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
