ELEGANT CORN BAKE 
1/8 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
1 can cream style corn
1 c. grated cheese
1/8 c. chopped green pepper
1 box corn muffin mix
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream

Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix both cans corn with muffin mix and eggs. Add sauted pepper and onions. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix sour cream with grated cheddar or Colby cheese and dot on top of corn mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
