BARBARA'S VEAL CHOPS 
4 veal chops
Flour
1/4 c. oil
1 c. white wine
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 grated onion

Dredge chops in flour and saute in oil until golden brown. Remove chops and place in baking pan. Add wine to drippings and simmer a minute. Pour gravy over chops. Melt butter. Saute mushrooms and onions slowly for 5 minutes in butter. Pour around chops. Cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. For passover, substitute matzah meal for flour.
